On December 5, 2023, the Armenia-EU Joint Committee on Research under the agreement associating Armenia to Horizon Europe and Innovation held its second meeting in Yerevan.

On November 30, the Higher Education and Science Committee held a meeting with Ms. Silvia Bojinova, the European Neighborhood Policy Team Leader, Directorate-General for Research and Innovation of the European Commission, and the Armenian National Contact Points for Horizon Europe.

On November 23, the Chairman of the Higher Education and Science Committee, Sargis Hayotsyan, hosted the delegation from the University of Warsaw headed by the Director of the Center for East European Studies of the University of Warsaw, professor-emeritus Jan Malitsky
